The following food will be included in the event:
Friday evening: Sandwich with coffee and tea
Saturday breakfast: Yogurt with müsli, sandwiches, juice, coffee, tea
Saturday lunch and fika (served for a longer period during the day): Five different kinds of historical hummus, cold cut meat, cheese (soft and hard), sallad, fruit, berries, bread, boiled eggs, sweet cakes
Saturday banquet: Six course served, based on the 14 century Egyptian manuscript ”Tresure trove of benefits and variety at the table”.
Sunday breakfast: Leftovers, sandwiches, yogurt with müsli, juice, coffee, tea
