21-23 November

Join us for a weekend when we will cook, eat and generally geek out about period food! There will be plenty of room for just hanging out and socializing as well. 

There will be several practical workshops and hands-on classes where we will prepare different period foods. We will have period inspired breakfast and lunch, but no traditional feast. Instead we will have food rolling out in the evening from the workshops and probably earlier during the day as well.

Site information

Rudegården is a two-story building with two large rooms downstairs that is used for food preparation, eating food and general socializing. Upstairs are two rooms used for crash space, showers and a sauna. The downstairs is completely wheelchair accessible. 

The only sleeping option is crash space, so bring your own stuff (or ask if you can borrow).

Travel information

If you drive, see the map above. The site is approximately 20 kilometers west of Sundsvall. Otherwise it is best to get to the train station in Sundsvall and try to arrange a pick up from there.

Crash space is full and you will be put on a waiting list! But there is still plenty of room for daytripping.

Last day for registration is the 31th of October. There is a cap of 35 people sleeping on site, but we can have more people daytripping.

Daytrip Saturday with food 400 SEK

Daytrip Saturday without food: 150 SEK

Not SCA-member: Add 50 SEK on price

Payment

The event fee shall be paid on the 7th of November.

Payment is sent to Gyllengrans plusgiro 410 73 16-4. If you pay for someone else, add their name. It is also possible to pay with Swish to 123 083 94 23, then add 5 SEK extra for the Swish-payment.
